The company's primary objective of total customer satisfaction is achieved by recognising, understanding and evaluating customer needs and trying to exceed them. Sales and Marketing personnel implement effective procedures for communicating market requirements into the company, to achieve strategic growth and increased market share by way of long term trading partnerships. Top management are committed to efficient operation and continual improvement of our performance and the quality management system. Quality objectives are set and measured to facilitate effective and efficient review. Development and training of employees is top priority. The company is committed to develop the skills and experience critical in satisfying customer expectations and requirements. The management will provide adequate resources and training needed to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management system. The above goals integrate with the company management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and the API. Top Management will consider the views of interested parties and the effect the company's activities have upon the environment. In fulfilling the Quality Development Plan, top management recognises the importance of its suppliers and will work with them to improve the quality of their service. This plan is monitored, controlled and improved through internal audits, management review, corrective / preventive actions and training. Each employee will be made aware of the importance and contents of the plan and be encouraged to contribute to the success of the quality management system. The company's goals and commitment in meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 & API secure a  prosperous future and a unique standard for others to follow.
