Mill/Turn

In an extension of our conventional milling capabilities we have installed a variety of Mill/Turn centres that add another dimension to our in-house facilities.

Mill-turn machines are capable of performing turning and milling operations in a single setup that can reduce part handling and increase production. Ours are capable of 4/5 Axis milling, can turn & mill up to Ø245mm x 2.5m long products and have gun-drilling and roller burnishing abilities.

All of this technology ensures we supply our customers with the highest quality product at the most competitive pricing and reducing our lead-times through fewer set ups.
