Darron are the only company that can offer a full range of hardfacing systems in-house and on products up to 10m long.

Darron's hardfacing capabilities include: CNC controlled laser cladding, PTA applied tungsten carbide via CNC robots, Manually applied tungsten carbide tiles, automated buttering layers and tungsten carbide spray.

Laser Cladding applies tungsten carbide powder to non-magnetic, inconel or low carbon steels by using a laser welding beam. It produces a very high hardness, wear resistant coating with minimal heat input.

Alternative powders can be sourced to suit our customers own requirements.
