Darron SBO are delighted to announce the recent recruitment of two new graduates to their Graduate Training Programme.

Darron SBO have recently reiterated their position as an investor in the future of the company by commencing a new Graduate Training Programme and recruiting two new graduates into the company. Martin Wilkinson, a recent graduate of York University and James Collinson, a graduate of Leicester University are learning the ins and outs of the business by spending three month periods in the different departments, to attain a balanced and informed view on the running of the company.

From their world class apprentice scheme, through continuous training and summer placements for students, to sponsoring post graduate study, Darron have demonstrated a commitment to training and developing their employees, and to continually improve their operations. This programme is seen as the latest step in securing the future of Darron SBO, and in developing world class employees to meet the ever-demanding requirements of the business.
