Hole Openers can be supplied to open 6" to 17.1/2" holes and are manufactured from F22 material. Being integral eliminates any requirement for welding on the body or the cutter arms. Circulation can be achieved by either a 3 or 6 nozzle configuration and can also be provided with an integral or seperate bullnose. The cutters assembly is a fully sealed unit incorporating ball and roller bearings and can be supplied for ST (soft), MM (medium) or HD (hard) formations. All three types are are interchangeable.

Our large hole range Hole Openers are designed specifically for big hole applications such as conductor holes and can open out from smaller than normal pilot holes in a single pass. The body is manufactured from AISI 4145h Mod alloy steel and the saddles, ribs, plates etc complete the design when welded onto the body. The cutters are also a sealed unit and can also be supplied in ST, MM or HD configurations. If you are lookingfor 26" to 42" diameter holes then this is your best option
