Whether your looking for the integral or rig replaceable option, we have the ability to manufacture both.

Our Alloy Integral Blade Stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H Mod material fully heat treated to 285-341brineel hardness. The blades are spiral milled in either left hand or right hand configurations from a wide open 150 degrees to a tight 360 degrees coverage. Standard sizes range from 6" to 26" hole size

Sleeve Type Stabilizers can be supplied in a two or three piece construction and made to the same sizes as the IBS.

Our range of Hardfacing includes;

HF1000 - Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel bronze matrix

HF2000 - Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix.

HF3000 - Tungsten carbide inserts set in a powder spray deposit

HF4000 - Button tungsten carbide inserts developed to allow cold insertion and maintain a close fit.

HF5000 - Tungsten carbide powder applied with oxy fuel spray.

HF6000 - PTA applied tungsten carbide powder. Very high wear resistance

Laser Cladding (Laser Carbide) - Laser applied tungsten carbide powder. Very high hardness and low heat input.
